Recruitment of Six Junior Project Fellows ( JPFs ) – Walk – in – Interview under the following projects :
  1. Study of Curriculum at Higher Secondary Stage in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics
  2. School Science – A Quarterly Journal
  3. Monitoring the Implementation of Environmental Education by all States / UTs in compliance with the Supreme Court Order.
The Department of Education in Science and Mathematics, NCERT will hold a walk – in – Interview to recruit Six Junior Project Fellows on purely temporary basis. The interview will be held on 8th June 2012 at 10.30 A.M. in the room No. 2, 1st Floor, Science Block, NCERT, New Delhi. The terms and conditions of the fellowship are as follows :

2.School Science - A Quarterly Journal ( 6.11 ) 01 ( One ) Upto 31st March 2013At least IInd Class Master's degree ( M.Sc. ) in Physics / Chemistry / Zoology / Botany / Life Sciences with minimum 55 % marksi) National Eligibility Test ( NET )
ii) Knowledge of English and experience of working on computer.
3.Monitoring the Implementation of Environmental Education by all States / UTs in compliance with the Supreme Courts' Order ( 6.14 ) 201301 ( One ) Upto 31st March 2013M.A. / M.Sc. IInd Class with minimum 55 % marks.i) National Eligibility Test ( NET )
ii) Knowledge of English and experience in data handling and analysis using computer

Age Limit for Junior Project Fellow Job : 30 years ( with relaxation of 5 years for women and SC / ST candidates )
Fellowship Amount : Rupee 16,000 / – p.m. consolidated ( NET Qualified ), Rupee 14,000 / – p.m. consolidated ( Non – NET )
Note :
  1. The candidates should bring their original certificates at the time of interview.
  2. Fellowship is temporary with no provision of increment in the amount.
  3. The candidates already in job should forward their NCERT New Delhi application through their employer.
  4. The Junior Project Fellow who have already worked in the Council for two and half years need not apply.
  5. No TA / DA is admissible either for attending the interview or joining the post.
