Qualification : For Engineering: M.E./ M.Tech. in relevant disciplines. In case suitable candidates holding M.E./M.Tech. are not available, BE/ B.Tech. with first division can also be considered. For Physics/Chemistry/Maths: M.Sc. with NET/SLET or Ph.D. In case NET/SLET is not available M.Sc. with minimum 55% marks can be considered.Pay Scale : Rs.15000/-P.M. to candidates having B.E. /B.Tech./M.Sc. and Rs.18000/-P.M. for candidates having M.E./ M.Tech/ Ph.D in relevant disciplines.
