Project Manager for Engineering Division

Consolidated monthly Remuneration	Will be commensurate with Experience and Qualification
Maximum Age Limit	55 years (Relaxable in deserving cases)
Qualification	B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience	Minimum of 15 years relevant experience desirable in CAD/CAM & Automated Project Management Systems
Job Profile: Project management skills including planning, monitoring and co-ordination of various works (both Civil & Electrical) in major construction projects. End-to-end responsibility in project monitoring including quantity survey, quality assurance/ control, time & cost control, safety measures, adherence to Statutory rules & regulations. Implementation of various sustainable eco-friendly measures such as water resource development, rain water harvesting, soil & water conservation, implementing of norms related to Green and eco-friendly campus. Co-ordinating & liaison with consultants, Government agencies/Statutory Authorities etc.
