Airtel is rebuilding relationship with their Fixed Line / Broadband Customers

It looks like AirTel wants to bring back all its customers who have discontinued AirTel fixed line and broadband service.

In an open letter AirTel is inviting all its previous customers who left and cites they want to erase the concerns that caused to leave AirTel.

The letter also quote that they have now designed various attractive offers especially for customers who left AirTel Fixed and Broadband services.

If you are one among them call the toll free no.18001025600 between 8 am to 8 pm or you can mail them at airtelpresence@in.airtel.com keeping the subject line “We Miss You” and avail the special benefits .

This exclusive limited period offer is valid for next 15 days only.

Airtel Bachat Card : Now Free Calling To Any Network

Airtel today announced the launch of  ‘Airtel Bachat Card’ for its customers in Gujarat which will offer Airtel’s new customer to enjoy 900 minutes of free calling to any network across Gujarat for 30 days.

The existing customers too can recharge with Rs. 200 and avail of the same benefits.

An added advantage to this is that the customer can use 900 Local mins with existing STD / ISD rate cutters.

Airtel Introduces Two Special Vouchers Offering Local Calls at 1p/2sec

Airtel today introduced recharge vouchers which would enable Airtel customers in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh to make all local outgoing calls at 1 paisa per 2 seconds.

To avail this offer, existing Airtel prepaid customers can recharge their mobile accounts with a voucher of Rs. 37 and make all local calls at 1 paisa per 2 seconds for a period of 30 days from the date of recharge.

This voucher will not provide any talk time balance all the new Airtel customers will have to make their first recharge with a voucher of Rs. 19 which will allow them to make local calls at 1 paisa per 2 seconds for a period of 60 days from the date of activation. This voucher comes with a talk time balance of Rs. 10.

These recharge denominations will be available at all Airtel retail outlets of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh through LAPU from the morning of 6th January 2012.
