Eligibility Conditions: 

Essential : Officials those who are working in analogous post or Assistants/Personal Assistant/Accountants in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000 (Pre-revised) with five Years regular service in central/state government departments/autonomous bodies Desirable : 1) Degree from a recognized university 2) At least 5 years experience in administration/accounts/secretariat work and good knowledge of government rules and regulations
