Eligibility Conditions: 

1) Holding analogous post in regular govt service OR 2) UDC of Central Secretariat Clerical Services have at least 5 years regular service in the scale of Rs. 4000 – 6000 (Revised Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2400/-) or equivalent in parent cadre or department; 3) 2 years experience in Accounts & Budgeting related work
