Education & Background:
- • Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream
- • Minimum 1 year of prior BPO/ Call Centre experience
- • Freshers who have completed graduation may also apply
- • Excellent written and oral communication
- • Must possess a neutral accent with no regional language influence
- • Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- • Should be willing to work in shifts
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Call Handling (Inbound & outbound)
• Understand customer queries/ requests and act accordingly
• Keep abreast with product knowledge, policies and procedures
• To perform reservation functions: ticketing, re-booking, cancellations and refunds
• Adherence to Company standards
