GENERAL INSTRUCTION
l. Crucial date for determining the age limit of` candidates will be the closing date of receipt of applications.
2. Applications should be submitted strictly as per attached profomia, neatly typewritten f computer types along with two passport photograph. A latest passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer may be affixed on the application.
3. The institute has the right to fix criteria for screening the application so as to reduce the number of candidates to be called for interview.
4. Unemployed SCIST candidates for written test/interview for the post will be paid traveling expenses equivalent to second class railway fare as per GOI Rules.
5. Application fee Rs. l00.00 (Rupees Hundred) only (No fee for SC/ST candidates) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Director, NRC on Yak (ICAR), Dirang, payable at SBI, Dirang may be enclosed along with application.
6. Original certificates and mark sheet should not be submitted along with the applications but should be brought if and when called for selection process. Arrested copies of certificate regarding age, educational qualifications, experiences and caste etc. should be submitted along with the applications.
7. No correspondence will be entertained with the candidates for being called for written test/interview. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate for the post applied for.
8. When called for written test! interview, the candidates will have to appear at a place and date(s) to be notified in due course.
9. Those already in Govt. Service (Central /State/Autonomous bodies) should forward their applications through proper channel.
