Experience
(i) For Direct Recruitment & Deputation:
At least 8 years experience as officer in Army / Police / Central Para-Military Force/ Watch & Ward or Security Service of any Gov’t or autonomous organization or PSU in the pay scale of Rs. 8000 – 13500/- (pre-revised) or corresponding revised pay scale or any other Group A pay scale.
(ii) For Re-employment :
Retired Army / State Police / Central Para-Military Force Officer, having the aforesaid experience in pre-retirement service.
Desirable Experience:
(i) Officers having experience in Infantry/State Police/CPMF may be given preference.
(ii) Applicants having at least one year training in fire safety from Gov’t Institute may be given preference.

Salary: PB-3, Rs. 15,600-39,100 along with GP of Rs. 7600/-

Pay scale / benefits
(a) PB-3, Rs. 15,600-39,100 along with GP of Rs. 7600, CDA, HRA, NPS or GPF – cum – Gratuitycum – Pension, GSLI, re-imbursement of medical expenses for self & dependants, LTC, Children’s Education Allowance, Transport/ Conveyance Allowance etc, according to Gov’t of India / UGC / Visva-Bharati rules/ orders etc, as and if, applicable.
(b) Relevant Gov’t of India/UGC/Visva-Bharati’s rules/orders will be applicable in case of reemployment or deputation or consolidated payment.
