Educational Requirements: A foreign going Masters Certificate granted by the Government of India or its equivalent with command experience for one year
Qualifications: Must have served as Officer not below the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the Indian Navy in the Executive Branch and must possess the certificate of Service as Master (Foreign Going)
Experience Requirements: Experience in piloting and /or dredging operation for one year or more.
